This traditional French Triple Cream is luxurious and has a decadent, almost fluffy texture. With flavors of mushroom, truffle and cultured butter, it is served best with a light sparking Champagne. When perfectly ripe, you will get a sexy cream line right underneath the rind, getting slightly more custardy and firmer as you make it to the center of the paste.
