This soft cheese has the texture of a triple cream, but is actually only a double cream. With a mushroomy rind and tangy finish, there are notes of crème fraiche and cultured butter. They have been making this cheese in France since the 14th century and is lesser known than your typical popular triple creams such as Delice de Bourgogne and Pierre Robert.
