This is one of the true farmstead “Fermier” camemberts that make it to the US. The milk is single sourced from the 150 head of cattle that live on the farm right next to where the cheese is made. The flavor is unique compared to most of the Camembert that you can find here. It is packed full of rich, vegetal flavors, with notes of cauliflower and broccoli that compliment the buttery accents of the paste. Think broccoli cheese soup!
